Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PadelBizNetwork ("PBN"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. These terms apply to all users, including members of the Player Directory, Business Club, and Forum.

User Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. PBN reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Player Directory & Connections

By opting into the Player Directory, you consent to your profile information being displayed according to your chosen visibility mode (Public, Anonymous, or Hidden). Pitch & Play connection requests must be genuine and professional. Spam, harassment, or misuse of the connection system will result in account suspension. You may change your visibility mode or opt out of the directory at any time.

Code of Conduct

Users agree to interact respectfully and professionally. Prohibited activities include: sending unsolicited commercial messages, impersonating other users, posting false or misleading information, attempting to circumvent privacy settings of other users, and any form of harassment or discrimination. Violations may result in immediate account termination.

Limitation of Liability

PBN provides the platform "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for the accuracy of user-provided profile information, the outcome of connections made through Pitch & Play, or any disputes between users. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid to PBN in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
