Operating the Company and Club Directory and Event Calendar 3. Facilitating the Pitch & Play connection and matchmaking system 4. Displaying exclusive partner deals to registered users 5. Moderating the Community Forum and ensuring platform safety 6. Hosting the Jobs Board and enabling job applications 7. Operating the Marketplace as a facilitating intermediary 8. Sending transactional and administrative notifications (account activity, connection requests, event updates) 9. Sending marketing communications — only with your explicit, separate opt-in consent 10. Complying with legal obligations under Dutch and EU law 11. Fraud prevention, security monitoring, and abuse detection (legitimate interest) ## 5\. Data retention We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the stated purpose, or as required by law. Data sharing and international transfers ### 6.1 Processors We share personal data only with trusted processors under written Data Processing Agreements (Art. 28 GDPR). We do not allow advertisers to target you based on your PBN profile data. ## 7\. Cookies We use cookies and similar tracking technologies. Please refer to our separate Cookie Policy for full details, including a list of all cookies, their providers, durations, and the consent mechanism we use. To exercise any of these, contact us at support@padelbiznetwork.com. We will respond within 30 days (extendable by a further 2 months for complex requests with notice). Right to rectification (Art. 16) You may request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data. Right to erasure (Art. 17) You may request deletion of your personal data ('right to be forgotten'). Exercisable via account deletion or written request. Subject to legal retention obligations. Right to restriction (Art. 18) You may request that we restrict processing of your data in certain circumstances (e.g. while a dispute is resolved). Right to data portability (Art. 20) You may request your personal data in a structured, machine-readable format (JSON/CSV) for transfer to another controller. Right to object (Art. 21) You may object at any time to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)), including profiling. We will cease unless we demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds. Right to withdraw consent (Art. 7(3)) Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw at any time without penalty. Withdrawal does not affect prior processing. Right not to be subject to automated decisions (Art. 22) You have the right not to be subject to solely automated decisions that significantly affect you. PBN does not currently use fully automated individual decision-making. ## 9\. Future features and updates PBN's roadmap includes additional features (Community Forum, Jobs Board, Marketplace, advertising/event hosting, social networking features). Before launching any feature that involves new categories of personal data or new processing purposes, we will update this Privacy Policy and notify registered users by email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. ## 11\. Children and minimum age PBN is intended for users aged 16 and over in accordance with Art. 8 GDPR and Art. 16 UAVG. At registration, users must confirm they are 16 or older. If we become aware that personal data of a person under 16 has been collected without verifiable parental consent, we will delete it immediately. Contact support@padelbiznetwork.com to report such cases. ## 12\. Changes to this policy This policy is versioned. The current version is 1.0, effective April 2026. Material changes will be communicated by email to registered users not less than 14 days before the new version takes effect.
